About Our Practice
We focus exclusively on the aesthetics of the face, and fervently believe that a strong relationship between the patient and the surgeon and staff forged by good communication, is the most direct path to a positive and happy outcome.
There is never a charge or obligation for consultation in our office, and you are invited to make an appointment to speak with Dr. Morehead and the staff, even if you’re only in the early stages of considering facial rejuvenation or enhancement.
Most surgical rejuvenation of the face is performed as outpatient surgery at a day surgery unit conveniently located on campus, but many popular procedures may be performed under local anaesthesia only, as office surgery. Please refer to the Procedures page for details of facial procedures offered.
Although surgery is the center of our practice, we offer a range of non-surgical options for facial care, rejuvenation, and enhancement, including:

We are fortunate to have in our office an extraordinary nurse, Noël Patton. Noël’s extensive experience in the area of plastic surgery over the past nine years has made her an invaluable asset to our practice. Initially trained in nursing in the US Army, Noël’s subsequent employment in hospital medical-surgical areas and then cosmetic surgery practices has produced an excellent background which serves her well in our facial plastic surgery practice. Her professional experience and wealth of knowledge contribute to her unique ability to assist patients in their decision making process and shepherd them through pre- and post-operative periods. Compassion and professionalism are hallmarks of Noël’s nursing style.
Noël also specializes in injectable soft tissue augmentation, with materials such as Restylane® and collagen. She was trained by the Collagen Corporation, the original makers of collagen, and from the start showed a natural gift for the artistic as well as technical aspects of treatment with these materials. Noël combines this gift with an ability to include patient’s preferences and individual physical characteristics in the final treatment. Her results are uniformly outstanding and patient satisfaction is remarkably high. With over six years of experience she is considered by many long time patients, including beauty professionals, to be the best in the city.
